One home, one system
Most homes end up with five apps and four remotes. We tie screens, speakers, lighting, shades and cameras into one system, with scenes like "Movie", "Good night" and "Away". Then we set it up on the remote, app and voice assistant your family already uses.
What we install
- Smart switches and dimmers — Lutron Caséta, Lutron RA3 and Leviton, swapped in for standard switches and paired to scenes. ($120 – $180 per switch, hardware separate)
- Lighting control and motorized shades — keypads, scenes, schedules and motorized shades that follow the sun. ($300 – $3,000+)
- LED accent and strip lighting — under-cabinet, cove, stair and behind-TV bias lighting. ($200 – $900)
- Landscape lighting — low-voltage path and uplights on a timer or app. ($600 – $3,500+)
- Networking and whole-home Wi-Fi — mesh or Ubiquiti access points, Cat6 runs and a tidy rack for full-speed streaming and work from home. ($250 – $1,800)
- Structured wiring — Cat6, coax and HDMI runs, patch panels and labeled wiring for new builds and remodels.
- Universal remotes and voice control — Alexa, Google and Apple Home set up across your devices. ($400 – $3,500+ for full automation)
Reliable Wi-Fi comes first
Every smart device depends on the network. In larger homes in Ashburn, Leesburg and Purcellville, and in basements and over-garage rooms, one router rarely covers everything. We fix coverage first with wired access points where possible, so streaming, cameras and automation stay reliable.
Where we install
We're based in Sterling and work every day in Ashburn, Leesburg, Purcellville, Dulles, South Riding, Brambleton, Herndon, Reston, Chantilly and the rest of Northern Virginia, plus DC and Maryland. Pick your town for local details:
